The Minotaur was the brainchild of John Forakis who has designed and built many cars since leaving College in his homeland of Greece. He created the Minotaur using not only his engineering qualifications, but with lots of energy and enthusiasm too. Originally designed in in 1993 as a concept car, today the Minotaur is being presented to you as a race car and road car. It is as happy being driven around town as being raced around any race track and will allow the discerning driver to combine two cars into one.
Built to the same exacting standards as the world reknowned Sumo, Pilgrim Cars have taken over, under licence, The Minotaur. This allows us to manufacture, not only fully built Turnkey cars, but also supply them as Kits for the home builder.
All of our fully built turnkey cars are covered by 12 Months Parts and Labour Warranty,(Details on Request), and include a visit to Prodrive where they will teach you how to drive your car on the Track and Skid Pan, ONCE THE CAR IS RUN IN PLEASE!
If you decide to build your own, and buy A/B/C/D and F Packages we will loan one of our technicians to you for one day (UK Only) to either help you with the build or check over the finished car. All that you will have to pay are his expenses (travel, food, accomodation if required).
You are entitled to full telephone technical back up in usual opening hours, and are welcome to visit our factory with your camera and notepad to give you piece of mind.
